Founded in 2009
Guizhou First Abrasives Co., Ltd. is a professional company dedicated to the research, production, sales, and services of resin-bonded cutting wheels and grinding wheels.
From 2009 to 2026, we continue expanding our factory, star having 2 machines and now having 45 machines. Our output, nowadays, keeps more than650000pcs/day.
As a high-tech enterprise, we will continue to increase investment in technology research and development, introduce advanced equipment, improve product testing methods, and focus on the production of high-end products while developing new products to meet market demand.
Our Factory
Founded in 2009, Guizhou First Abrasives Co., Ltd. is a professional company dedicated to the research, production, sales, and services of resin-bonded cutting wheels and grinding wheels. The company is located in Shuichang Industrial Park, Longli County, Guizhou Province, and covers an area of over 60000 m2, with a workforce of more than 300 employees.
We have 45 machines involve 27machines to produce 107 cuting disc.
The laboratory ensures the stability of raw materials.
All products need to pass three steps test, we have a professional quality control department to control the quality.
Our Product
Powerbear is our company's best-selling brand in the world. We supply resin-bonded grinding wheels and flap discs.
Resin-boned grinding wheel: involves cutting discs for metal, cutting discs for inox, 2-in-1 cutting discs, and grinding wheels.
Flap disc: involve Aluminum Oxide Flap Disc, Calcined Aluminum Flap Disc, Zirconia Flap Disc.
Our products are used for cutting, grinding, and polishing. They are popular in metal processing, ship building industry, the motor industry, construction, bridge building, etc.
Production Market
After more than a decade of development, the company's sales channels have expanded across the country, and its products are now exported to 20 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East. The company's brands, including "Powerbear," "Faster," "Powerleopard," and "Abrawheels," enjoy a high reputation in the market. Products such as the diameter 107-230mm(4 inches to 9 inches) series ultra-thin cutting discs, diameter 100-230mm (4 inches to 9 inches) series angle grinding discs, diameter 305-405 mm (12 inches to 16 inches)series cutting discs, and diameter 405 (16 inches) special high-powered products have been widely accepted by customers.
In 2019, the company became a national high-tech enterprise with an annual production capacity of 150 million pieces of cutting and grinding wheels. With advanced technology equipment and strong technical expertise, experienced production, and comprehensive testing methods, the company has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and MPA certificate.

4. The temperature rise curve of the tunnel kiln is precisely controlled by a computer, to make sure the baking disc share temperature in high stability.
5. The inspection before delivery shall be completed by the independent QC supervisor, tested according to the customer's standard, and the professional test report shall be prepared and submitted to the corresponding salesman for filing.
6. The sales team records and share you the photos of packed goods, so that you can inspect the goods as if you were on the spot.
After-sale service
